My name is Jim. I've been a fitness trainer for 10 years, coaching a wide variety of ages and abilities.Having been personally interested in fitness for many years, I changed career to be a coach in my mid 40s. 10 years later I've seen how important it is to keep training as you get older.You don't have to stop doing anything as you get older, you just have to be a bit smarter about how you train and how you recover.

Training goals are different for everybody: - Do you want to be able to just make everyday life easier by being stronger and fitter?
- Do you want to be able to workout at home with just a few pieces of equipment?
- Do you want to train for your first Hyrox?We can work together to train for whatever goal you have.

Ever been to a gym and been confused about all the different equipment and what you should use it for?Gym equipment is great. You don't need access to a large amount of different equipment to train effectively. In fact you can get stronger with just your own bodyweight, if you know what to do.I'm a fan of using kettlebells, calisthenics and some rowing or skiing (Ergs) for my training. Keep it simple.
